Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for developing and securing strong, long-lasting relationships with a well-mapped,  niche market of clients. This is done through collaborative work within your team using tools such as LinkedIn and Vincere, a CRM software to create effective leads.  The position requires a competitive, positive attitude, independent working, organizational skills, communication and strong teamwork skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence to deliver results. Additionally, any knowledge in financial and commercial business is valuable. The work as a Recruitment Consultant is done in a team, with strong independent work management and leadership roles can be reached within 2 years!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Market - well mapped, focused within a specialized market, actively developing Network, engaging with people, strong admin skills

  • Clients - initiating new relationships and placements with clients, gaining experience with Rates Negotiation

  • Business Development - expansive communication, creative thinking for new Managers for Leads, seeing Client Generation from Leads Process

  • Candidates - regular engagement and communication with candidates, generating interviews, 

  • Company Presence - integrate into the company. established Team Member, supportive of New Starters
