Inequality and underrepresentation of minorities in the working world are undeniable. In the US, people of color are statistically less likely than their white counterparts to be interviewed, hired, and promoted. So our mission is to break down these barriers by empowering and connecting student-athletes of color to companies looking to improve and diversify their workforce. Ultimately we aim to positively change the landscape of the professional world to create more diversity and equality across all professions.
